Removes problem with ingotGold being registered as (ingotGold x16) = (ingotGold x16) in oreDictionary instead of (ingotGold x1) = (ingotGold x1)

Yes this "fixes" the issue, but I would like to find the actual cause of the problem instead of ignoring it.
