sbsgriplog 0.0.4-0

Can someone upload the deb file to cydia?

I tried to install version 0.0.4-0 but it failed through missing dependencies of
com.ericasadun.utilities, even though I did install the latest version (beta17)
on my
phone.

You need to install Erica Utilities to get the new feature of sbsgriplog to
clear
the log. I've installed the beta17 and it works perfect...

ok, reinstalling the Erica-Utils helped.
But the "hold-for-deleting-logs"-function is not working for me.
Btw, thx for this script! :D

I like it, but I agree the comment on your website (only 3 messages on one
page),
maybe you can make it optional whether you'll see detailed information
(sometimes I
need them) or just the plain push-message.

Thx, yea I wanted to copy the style of the original GriP log firt.
(Only to develop the basics)
Now, the basics are done, and I can set the focus on details.
I want the log look like the notification window of android.
Currently I'm working on the "touch notification to open the app".
In the future the log get 3 buttons. One to close the log, another to clear the
log
(both are done) and a third button to refresh the log.
(later i can make the refresh automatic)
So, the isbsgriplog has to be open in sbsettings only one time.
After it you can open it by only one slide like android!!!
Its the nearest solution to copy the log of android
at this time.

Sounds good!
One thing that bugs me a little: I get, pretty frequently, push-messages from
i.e.
the App "Push News", let's say 20-30 per hour. When I look at the logfile I
can't
find the "important" push-info (SMS, ping!, mail), because of the massive
amount of
the pushnews. Maybe a filter for "not-so-important" push-messages would be nice.
Btw:
Do you have a separate google-code page for this, instead of using this thread
here?
(or maybe a google-wave?) :)

trinitus, do you have a google wave account? it would be awesome if you talk
about this on inotifyex

Original comment by anton...@gmail.com

No I haven't got a google wave account, i don't know about it at this time.
The massiv amount of the pushnews is a problem of mine, too.
I want the push messages will sorted per app:
for example:
IM+ -> all IM+ pushes listed
RSS Viewer -> all RSS Viewer pushes listed
SMS -> all sms pushes listed
eMail -> all eMails pushes listed
etc.

Trinitus01, it's awesome what you are doing but please remember that iNotify
will
most likely make your addon obsolete, I don't want to see you put loads of time
and
effort into it and then have it laying unused after only a month or two of
usage.

Thx for the sympathy :-)
I'm waiting intent for the release of iNotifyEx, too.
isbsgriplog is not much code. The most time i spend on learning objective-c,
to develope my own app, later. (not only a plugin like sbsettings toggles)
So, it will never be lost-time, whether it will laying unused...
I developed lots of applications for personal computers,
which will never be used again XD
Most of it has been developed for own use, like isbsgriplog, in the first place.
And btw..., i thought about it long before i start to dev isbsgriplog XD

I installed both the latest GriP program and isbsgriplog 0.0.1-5 from Cydia.
The
program works fine but the log is empty. The log opens with a swipe as
advertised
but it is blank. I have received both emails and sms messages through GriP
since
the install but the log is still empty. The Per-App Settings are also blank.
Any
ideas?
Much thanks

I know about this issue, but its not the log who cause this problem.
Try to change the Width in Settings->GriP->Customize->Width...
If the setting doesn't save and switched back to default,
there is a problem with access rights in the deb file from cydia?!?
I manually installed GriP from bash to fix it. (dpkg -i filename.deb)
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Btw for the people who have problems with doubleheight theme,
(crash to safemode etc) use the version 1.0, it will fix this issue.

Thanks Trinitus, that solved the problem. Another question though, what is the
difference between isbsgriplog and sbsgriplog? Both are available on Cydia and
both
show in SBSettings when installed.
