为 ActiveRecord 继承类增加 after_meta_init 事件处理函数

当 QDB_ActiveRecord_Meta 调用 ActiveRecord 继承类的 __define() 
静态方法后，
会完成元信息对象的初始化。

初始化完成后应该调用 ActiveRecord 继承类的 __after_meta_init() 
方法，并将
QDB_ActiveRecord_Meta 对象实例作为参数传入。

利用 __after_meta_init() 方法，ActiveRecord 
继承类可以动态的修改自己元信息
对象。
