I really like the plugin and just have some suggestions.

It would be great if suggestions could optionally only be based on the currently edited file.
and some kind of automatic or periodic rescanning would be nice, so new words don't show up just after restart

But still a great writing tool without :)

Could be a nice feature to add. Is it okay if I repurpose this issue to track this?

Currently it will re-scan the file when you open it, so just close the file or open a different one and come back. I could maybe add a command to trigger this manually.
