Make it clearer when a collaborator is making changes #196

I'm thinking that putting a selection-type border of a different color on the 
remote site when a block is selected would be a good start for this.  
Eventually it might be nice to put different colors for each of the concurrent 
users and maybe even put a little tag on it like Goggle Docs does.
