Volatility 2.3 standalone is missing the PIL dependency #457

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using Volatility 2.3 standalone try to use the screenshot function
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Volatility should execute the screenshot function, instead it throws an error 
about a missing dependency

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Standalone 2.3 on Windows 7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.
