this can result in an instantaneous end ofthe scenario or missing upgrades

this occurs when the game client is unable to place the requested building(s) at their specified locations or nearby because of map terrain features that prevent buildings from being placed at that location..

this is a rare event and for now will not be fixed. If other users consider this a significant problem in the future, revisit this issue for resolution.
