Different PING URLs for various scenarios, enabling success/failure tracking and latency monitoring.

Thank you very much for your contribution.

I will change the environment variable PING_URL_WHEN_ERROR to PING_URL_WHEN_FAILURE to keep it consistent with the naming convention of the MAIL environment variables. And I will release a beta version later for testing.
