"Block Element" item not visible

Please give a precise description of the problem and steps to reproduce it.

After adding the show_block_element_menu option in the recent version, the 
"Block Element" item in right-click menu is not visible at the start of Chrome 
even if the option is checked.
You must open and close the adthwart option tab to ensure that the item is 
displayed.

Which versions of AdThwart?

There is another problem now... if you open and close adthwart option tab, the 
item is "split" in a submenu. See attached pic.

Fixed, thank you. But now, if you open and close option tab adthwart icon turns 
in a generic icon... :-)
