Please give a precise description of the problem and steps to reproduce it.
Goto http://arrogant.ca and click on the picture in the center of the screen 
with adthwart enabled.

Which versions of AdThwart, Chrome and Windows/MacOS/Linux?
Windows 7 x64, 7.0.517.41 (Official Build 62167) beta, Version 1.0.12

Which filter lists are you subscribed to? Any custom filters?
Defaults on install.

In AdThwart Options, which "General" options are checked?

Looks like at this point this is due to a subtle Chrome bug - see issue 166.
