adthwart does have context menu for blocking ads.
But I want it to be applied to all right-clickable elements not just image

Good suggestion but it's difficult to do this because DIV tags and the like are 
often deeply nested and clicking on  a single point would specify several 
elements. It's not obvious which element must be blocked from that. Hence the 
"Easy create filter" highlights the element to be blocked to make it easier to 
tell what is selected.
