I'm from Germany and have subscribed to:

EasyList by Ares2, Michael, and Erunno Last updated at 5:38 p.m. today
EasyList Germany by Ares2 and Erunno Last updated at 5:38 p.m. today
AdThwart recommended filters

USA here.
EasyList and AdThwart here, also not getting gmail ads filtered, as of about 2 
hours ago.

Thanks for reporting. I can confirm the issue because I see it myself. I've 
updated the relevant filter in the AdThwart recommended filters. Click "Update 
now" and reload your Gmail tab if it is open. Did this fix it?
