Please give a precise description of the problem and steps to reproduce it.

At which URL is this problem observed?
Ustream.tv

Which versions of AdThwart, Chrome and Windows/MacOS/Linux?
Chrome

Which filter lists are you subscribed to? Any custom filters?

In AdThwart Options, which "General" options are checked?

Please provide any additional information below.
Dose not block ads inside ustream live videos.

Thanks for the report, but at the moment AdThwart does not have the capability 
to block ads from videos anywhere but those on youtube.com.
