That would be wonderful! You would have to translate the "message" strings in:

http://github.com/ttjoseph/adthwart/raw/master/_locales/en/messages.json

For examples of other translations, see the messages.json files in:

For your reference, the Chrome extension internationalization guide is
located at:

I think the Greek locale is 'el'. If you have any questions please let me know.
