Thanks for the suggestions. Not all of these lists work well with Chrome, so 
I'd rather not add them and have to deal with the bug reports. You can always 
copy and paste the URL directly into AdThwart's options page.

Also, almost nobody needs to subscribe to all the filter lists, and I don't 
recommend people do so because of false positives (breaking websites) and the 
potential to slow down Chrome, so I don't plan to add a "subscribe to all" 
button.
