After changing сustom filters AdTwart does not update the array of filters.

Windows 7 32bit, Chromium (build 66050, 9.0.851.0), AdTwart 1.0.13

"General" options: ALL CHECKED.

Enabled subscriptions:
- EasyList. Ares2, Michael, and Erunno
- RuAdList (Русский, Українська)
- AdThwart recommended filters

custom filters: in attached file

Promlem description:
All time custom filter was enabled. All works good.
So, disabling all custom filters. All works good.

Enabling all custom filters back.
After this all comments and sidebar in 
http://habrahabr.ru/blogs/linux/108285/#comments was blocked.
After disabling again custom filters nothing changes. Sidebar and comments are 
blocked.

Additionally, extention "Smooth gestures" 
(https://chrome.google.com/extensions/detail/lfkgmnnajiljnolcgolmmgnecgldgeld) 
works without showing mouse track on this page.

Full reload of page (without cache) does not help.

Everything comes back to normal after restarting chromium (build 66050, 
9.0.851.0) with no custom filters.

Bugs: 
- AdTwart does not update the array of filters after AdTwart disabling/enabling 
at extension's page.
- AdTwart does not disable the filters on the fly if AdTwart has just been 
turned off for this page.
- AdTwart or some it's rules likely to conflict with other extensions (i mean 
Smooth gestures).
- After changing сustom filters AdTwart does not update the array of filters.

UPDATE!!!!!

Enabling RuAdList (Русский, Українська) completely analogous 
to enabling all custom filters.
