Request for ability to block anything on the page #326

Someone advertised "AdThwart" on the page of "AdBlock", so I tried it. What I'm 
missing from it, compared to "AdBlock", is the ability to block ANY content on 
the page, either using the right mouse button or a special menu item. These 
would be good additions to AdThwart.

This is a nice idea...still need to figure out the best way to do this (and 
find the time to implement it)...

easy
but i dont know how to implement a function that inputs a "will be blocked" 
element and return an "adblockplus filter".
