Lost AdThwart and CANNOT / WON'T re-install!

Please give a precise description of the problem and steps to reproduce it.
After clicking on the "INSTALL" button (on the URL below) a small box appears 
with the little round devil for "Confirm Installation, This extension can 
access: Your data on all websites
                      Your browsing history"
...then the Install, and Cancel buttons...
After I click "INSTALL" again from said confirm installation box...NOTHING 
HAPPENS.........JUST NOTHING!

Please provide any additional information below.
Previously, I HAD AdThwart installed.  I THOUGHT I only temporarily disabled it 
while having trouble with a game installation which requested I disable 
anything that could interfere.
After having the problem above, I searched my system but only found a shortcut 
to the URL above. I checked my Add and Remove Programs...not there. I WANT IT 
BACK!!!  PLEASE HELP, WHAT IS GOING ON!!!

Wrench > Tools > Extensions > AdThwart > Enable
