I'm running XP SP3 as "admin" and restarted system and still getting this.  
Have no antivirus or anything installed and have no idea what's up. Cheers!

At which URL is this problem observed?

Which versions of AdThwart, Chrome and Windows/MacOS/Linux?

Which filter lists are you subscribed to? Any custom filters?

In AdThwart Options, which "General" options are checked?

Please provide any additional information below.

This looks like a problem with your Chrome installation, not AdThwart. You 
might try erasing your Chrome user profile and trying again. AdThwart does not 
do anything with creating directories (Chrome is supposed to do that).
