cannot 'block element' on banner ads on right side of screen

At which URL is this problem observed?

piratebay.org (banner ad on right)

Which versions of AdThwart, Chrome and Windows/MacOS/Linux?

Which filter lists are you subscribed to? Any custom filters?

If an ad appears and I want to block it.... I can't if the ad is on the right 
side of the page.  The "block element" window appears half on, half off the 
screen, so there is no way to click "ok" on that element.  You should make that 
little window moveable or something to fix this.

I tried just hitting enter.  Doesn't work.

I tried moving the little window.  Nope.

I've tried zooming in on the page so I can scroll over.  Doesn't work... the 
adthwart 'block element' window only appears with what I could previously see, 
that is to say it is cut off in the middle.

Thanks for the report. This is because the dialog is too big for the iframe 
containing the ad. I added rudimentary dragging support (try dragging the edges 
of the dialog) in version 1.0.21 - please update/reinstall.
