Gametrailers video ads #352

I'm not sure what the url for the ad is because it's a video ad. But every 
video on gametrailers.com

None of the ads in the videos are blocked. It's blocked with ABP on firefox and 
I copied all the filter rules from that to adthwart but it's still not blocking 
them

Unfortunately the only video ads AdThwart can block are those in videos shown 
when you visit youtube.com.
