Adthwart blocks entire page

AdThwart blocks all elements on the page. Source code still loads, but the 
browser displays a blank page. Refreshing does not solve the problem. Disabling 
Adthwart allows the page to load normally. Re-enabling Adthwart blocks the page 
again. Adding the site to the whitelist allows the page to load normally. I am 
using filters "EasyList" and "Adthwart recommended filters". UN-checking both 
filters has no effect.

In AdThwart Options, which "General" options are checked?

Show icon in address bar
Show 'Block Element' right-click menu item
Block ads inside YouTube videos (does not work with the FlashBlock extension)

We recently fixed what we think was causing problems like this. Does this still 
occur for you with the latest version (1.0.24) of Adblock Plus for Chrome?

Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce this issue, not even with version 1.0.24. 
From the description it sounds like 
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=68518, we worked around this 
issue in Adblock Plus 1.0.25.
