Not all gateways have their locations reported in the metadata received with packets from TTN.

A workaround would be to request gateway details from the TTN Mapper website, as more gateway locations are known there.

Build 21 (2020.12.25) fetches gateway location from ttnmapper.org and ignore what is reported in the metadata.
