Problem with path to AVRDude at opening TAC and splash screen #5

1. During the opening TmfAvrCalculator (TAC) at first time  there is a warning: 
"Nie da się otworzyć pliku konfiguracyjnego AVRFDude.conf"

2. Replace a new version of splash screen.

I forgot to write, that probably it is problem with empty path to AVRDude.

Fixed at revision 110. Splash screen replaced.
