Ctrl for speech feature in conflict with Ctrl+C #112

Very often when I select text, automatically is shown tooltip and then I press Ctrl+C (shortcut for copy) I have to listen speech of translated tooltip until is used Esc. Recommended solution? Would be possible make Ctrl key for speech feature configurable? Or disable this feature?

@ttop32 I would prefer have the possibility to rebind or disable this feature (I do not use it) because even with v0.1.133 it happens to me a lot of times during the day.

@ttop32 Case when it still happens: use left ctrl + (optionally left shift) + tab to move between chrome tabs and when mouse cursor points to text when I start moving between tabs then is text speech triggered.
