When I point the mouse pointer at any sentence and press the Ctrl key, there will be a voice that says that sentence, how to turn off that voice?

Here, just look at the setting before asking such questions, that's straightforward to find, just change that to another key or to none.

Also make the title representative of your issue, like “How I can turn off TTS” instead of “Help me”
