Cannot enable the Plugin

Hello actually i cannot enable this plugin after installation, The installation was mande mannually but uploading the jar file following the error log

Which version did you install and to which Confluence version and type?

Hello Ttorvela, our Jira Server Version is v6.0.8#6109 i downloaded the space-permissions-handler-2.2.jar I cannot install directly from the maketplace, i can install only by uploding the jar. Any suggestions on how i can enable the plugin? Thank you.

This is a Confluence plugin. It will not work in JIRA.
