lions, ogres, dolphins and sharks are not spawning

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.using our server with default settings
2.normal, peaceful or hard modes set

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Lions, ogres, dolphins and sharks are not spawning on normal, peaceful, or hard 
modes on our server. The rest of the animals from mo creatures and the original 
game are spawning on all modes.

What is the mod version ?
1.0.0 client/1.1.0 server

What is your operating system?
windows 7 and vista

Please provide any additional information below.
I have read posts where other servers are getting these animals spawning and 
some are having the same problem as us. Some have not had werewolves and we 
have seen one. We have been using the server for 2 days and searching for 
animals we have not seen yet.

Lions do spawn in 1.1.0
The other mentioned creatures have been disabled due to critical issues
They will be reactivated when those issues will be fixed

Thank you for letting me know the other animals aren't expected to spawn. We 
still definitely not getting lions spawning.

I've been running 1.1.0 for 3 days, I have not seen any lions and I've spent 
hours ingame.

server properties

Lions-Spawn=true
Lions-MaxNumber=4

What is your world difficulty setting ?
I've tested on a new world, with every other creatures disabled, and 200 max 
lions, and could see some.
However their spawn rate may be too low.
