serial frequency range commands don't update calibration info on display correctly

Current behavior / steps to reproduce:

• recall a calibration setting 1, display shows C1
• send a serial command to change the frequency range Result: display still shows C1 Expected result: display should show c1 as it would if the range was changed from the screen
