Replaced 7 pixel font with 8 pixel font (much better readable)
Supports monospace and proportional characters
Saves flash size (characters are 8 bit only, some unneeded characters removed)
Solves #29

Thanks for your effort! I tried your branch. reald It looks smart and nice.

I know that there are several comments that the font is too small. But I think that the screen design of the current firmware is the best, so this request shall not be merged. I wish that you distribute the variation of the firmware for the community.
