Fix local hyperlinks by making all page links relative #7

Ran a quick script to properly format all local images and links and make them relative to the page they're on. (this should also fix links that worked on custom domains but not github.io branches)

Edit: new! improved! now with fewer warnings! links now formatted in a way compliant with mkdocs
