I have a todo list with lines marked with @done and wanted to reuse the list. I selected Edit ->Find -> Find and Replace and had it replace ' @done' by an empty string. The @done markers disappeared, but the items were still formatted as strikethrough, even when switching to another note and back.
Note that this only occurs if ' @done' with a leading space is being replaced, without the space it seems to work correctly. If a include the last letter of a todo item, like 'r @done', it also works correctly.
