10 years ago Marked is not designed for rich text, it concentrates on Markdown. Indent your code five spaces and use the Preview (ctrl-cmd-p) to read it the way you want. More info on Markdown available at http://daringfireball.net/projects/markdown/syntax.

As I'm using it also for pinning down shell commands and output and code snipplets, the one thing I'm missing is to mark certain portions of a note with a monospaced font. Like I can do it with bold or italic styles.
Any chance for this mixed-font mode notes in the near future? I understand that I now can change the font to a monospaced one in preferences, but this would be for the complete note, for all notes.
