Ukrainian translation is of extremely low quality, probably should be removed #343

It is a very low-quality machine translation, most likely provided to promote a commercial website by Max Harchenko (referenced from http://brettterpstra.com/projects/nvalt/).

It might be best to remove it altogether until a quality one is available, if ever.
