Feature Request: Copy as Plain Text #367

I'd like to be able to copy the text in nvALT as plain text, without any formatting.

Ideally I'd like to be able to set this as a preference, but a menu item would do the job too.

I'm often writing markdown that I'm going to convert in browser, particularly gmail using Markdown Here. If I paste text with formatting then the tools won't convert properly.

I think if you paste using CMD+OPTION+SHIFT+V, it will be pasted as plain text.
