"Tagsets differ" console message #37

I have been receiving the folllowing in my Console: "11-09-26 6:31:54.014 PM nvALT: Tagsets differ. Updating." I get 8 messages like this every 5 minutes while nvAlt is open. This is 2.1 (74) on Lion.

I know what caused this to start: I manually edited my html files representing the notes (I know, I know). But I'd like to know if there is a way to remove this message, or to rebuild the database without destroying metadata.

Same here, though I don't recall manually editing any files.
