mp3 dosen't have sound #11

I typed some text to be recorded. I listened to it while it was recording. i tried to play the mp3 file and there wasn't any sound. I tried a few different players and there wasn't sound with any of them. My volumn is turned way up didn't make any difference. it won't let me attach the mp3 file.

I found out what was wrong. there is a button at the bottom of the box that says also share system audio. I checked it and now it works.
