Consistent terminology: ijahv1 -> si-ijah #179

ijahv1 -> si-ijah ijahv2 -> ijah webserver

We decided to Ijahv1 as alias for si-ijah. Ideally, all si-ijah/ijahv1 functionality should be integrated to ijahv2
