Set the priority: which nodes should be displayed #69

For example: INPUT: pla1, pla2, pla3 note: all pla have compounds this again depends on how large we can get the canvas to graph. (?) Ideally, all input (<max) is displayed

This depends on the dimension of the graph canvas.

with side scroll bar, this is unnecessary.
