The DecimalLongitude value for this record doesn't correspond to the VerbatimLongitude, it is a duplicate of the DecimalLatitude value:

As a result, specimen is misplaced on map.

This is a bigger issue than I thought, affects lots of TTU records, which can be best seen on the GBIF map for this data provider http://www.gbif.org/publisher/acac73b0-055d-11d8-b84f-b8a03c50a862

Resolved with a remigration of the data, including new records.
