Handling trees; building over trees or a way to more easily remove the trees #59

I don't know if the tree handling really differs from original but to me it 
seems it is harder get buildings placed in the spots where you want them.

I would like to know if it is possible to implement ways to remove trees more 
easily. Now it is hard because you can use a woodcutter to remove trees but you 
have to time the removal of his home really good or he will start planting 
again.

One way would be to let only full grown trees prevent placing a building.
Another way would be to create a 'Chop' only button so you can set your 
woodcutter to cutting only.

Let me know what you think of it.

We are planning to add a checkbox to woodcutter's huts: "[x] Plant trees". This 
way you can use a woodcutter for clearing an area and be sure he won't start 
planting trees where you want to put your buildings.

Fixed: We now have an option to make the woodcutter only chop trees without 
planting.
