Documentation for running needed #19

Building was easy enough, just type 'make', but..

There is no documentation on how to run the game, where to place the data
files (and which files), if the executable needs any command-line parameters
etc.

By the way, I'm using Linux, if the instructions differ across operating
systems.

They sure do! Actually, I'm using Windows, so I don't really know how to make
it run
in Linux. I wrote a short wiki tutorial
(https://code.google.com/p/erampage/wiki/MainPage), and I wonder if you could
complete it with details concerning Linux. It would really help.

Done. I don't understand how the Windwoes version can do without TABLES.DAT and
LOOKUP.DAT and I didn't see anything about them in the instructions.

Uh, one more thing:
The instructions assume that the erampage directory is ~/.erampage.

I modified the source to look into ~/.erampage instead of ~/.eduke32. I think
you
told me (or I read somewhere) that it's already done, but the latest SVN
doesn't ever
touch ~/.erampage. I'll attach the patch in a separate issue.
