Ukrainian layout bugs, "ї" and "ь" keys are on the wrong place, no "ґ" key

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Switch to Ukrainian 4-row layout.

What is the expected behavior? What do you see instead?

"ї" is in the wrong key where "ь" should be. "ї" should be available by long 
pressing "і".
Also there is no "ґ". It should be available by long-pressing "г".

What version of Hacker's Keyboard are you using? (See "Debug" section at
the bottom of the app's Settings menu.)
On what phone or tablet?

1.33.1332 phone

If applicable, does this affect the 4-row or 5-row layout, or both? Which
language(s)?

Please provide any additional information below.

Hacker's keyboard is an awesome app. But Ukrainian layout is not usable 
especially with along with Russian because of misplaced key.

I've updated the Ukrainian layout in 1.34rc16, please try

this works for you.

The changes from the 1.34rcX prerelease series are included in version 1.37 as 
published on the Play Store, and this bug should be fixed. If it's still not 
working for you, please reopen or file a new bug. Thanks to everyone who helped
