Unreadable text in 7" tablet on android 4.0.3 #108

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.install on vivante gc800 tablet
2.run
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Graphics are ok. Blank white blocks where text was suposed to be.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest store version 2.7 android 4.0.3

Problem with the LINEAR textures. I've seen this before (although not on any 
device I have.) It's a problem with the device driver. Not quite sure how to 
fix this - some sort of pre-scaling, I think.

What device is that? (What's the tablet name, for the consumer?)

Put in a fix. (version 814 or higher.) Not actually sure it fixes the bug, 
since I can't repro. But completes the texture stack, which may help.
