I messed upon with prev merge as I got into git chaos...

Notifications are default `notify-send' notifications, as they are quite useful and make breaks much less abrupt without being too invasive. Also it can work into minimalist workflow with dunst.

Workrave mode is explained more in detail in the documentation.

Both of these default to disabled as both in my opinion are fancier functions.

@ttygde I've been using this version for the past month and had no issues with it. The only annoyance are notifications if blocked program is running, and I can work out some dirty solution if needed.
