name / phrase generated differently than other implementations #18

Passwords of type 'name' and 'phrase' are generated differently from java and web version (others tbd).

Technically the result can be reproduced with the mpw command line client when setting the variant flag to respectively 'login' and 'answer', but it's not a good default.
