Embedded UI files into executable - Support cross-platform bundling #16

Will fix #15 and add cross-platfrom prebuild support as the whole UI is bundled in the executable.

Finished locally, just needs polishing for publication and an update in CI deployment.

CI deployment of binaries that embed the UI was integrated in 22a66ad0f3097466e7db15bab0781a8ec6722b79.
