Lack of dependencies for gazebo_ros_gps #88

Hi,

When I pulled melodic-devel (commit: 7d5e26d51187d12924a87947f230e7fe38e0206e) , catkin build is failed after catkin clean. I think the hector_gazebo_ros_gps need ${PROJECT_NAME}_generate_messages_cpp in add_dependencies.

I'll send PR, Please confirm.
