add sonar obstacle_layer to costmap #25

Hello! I use hector_slam and RPLidar to build map and I want to add sonar to costmap ,but I don't know what to do next. Would you kindly do me a favor Thanks for the answer!

@beenhung , we got a similar issue, were wondering if you found a solution to add sonar sensor topic information into costmap (e.g. a obstacle layer).
