There can be a Online Cloud where the data can be uploaded.
Either the single Board or a group of Boards (Workspace) can be made public and the user will able to create a link for this, which he will able to send to other people, who can join this board/Workspace.
The user can open his local Task Board View and the Collaboration view in different leaf. The name will be 'Task Boared - '.
